There are so many opportunities and we want to keep all the programs going. The following programs will be cancelled if we do not find leaders.

 

  • Upper Grade Play-Producer Lite (Inquire Within)
  • Red Ribbon Week
  • Silver Oak Fundraiser
  • Spelling Bee
  • Science Night
  • Teacher Appreciation Week
  • Talent Show
  • Jump into Summer Festival
  • International Night

Please think about getting involved.  Most positions are for a short amount of time. The Board is in place to assist you to ensure success. Voluteers Needed for Silver Oak Art Show

SOEP is looking for volunteers to help set up for the 9th annual Silver Oak Art Show.  On the morning of Wednesday, May 23rd (from ~9:15 - 12:15), we'll be transforming the multipurpose room into an art museum featuring a temporary wall for each classroom.  We need people to help arrange and staple art and set up the walls.

eSOEP Extravaganza and Auction a Success!

The first ever eSOEP Extravaganza and Auction was a success! An event such as this not only requires effort from a dedicated committee, but teachers, parents, students and the entire community. We would like to thank our amazing team of committee chairs, eSOEP - Jill Lerner & Pam Kliewer, Extravaganza - Nina Chan & Rose Weber, Donations & Underwriting - Nancy Moore & Robin Guzikowski, Classroom Baskets - Stacey Barck & Cindy Thompson, Teacher Pastimes - Mairead Kavanagh, Teacher Liasons – Kristen Weiler & Jeanine Giacomini, as well as all of the volunteers for their countless hours of work and dedication. We truly admire the volunteers’ willingness to take time from their busy lives to help keep SOEP’s Programs going.
